June 10, 2014

It's hard to believe it's June already! This year is flying by. We are loving this season of life and all of the fun things that James seems to learn every day. We usually start the morning (he is a GREAT sleeper so morning is usually sometime around 8-8:30) with his sweet smile and him asking us to get in his crib with him and play! Then he does a little dance (meaning he would like to dance) and says "fox!" (meaning that he wants to dance to "What does the fox say?"). We listen to that song about 20 times a day, but it's worth it because his dancing is just so fun. Usually during dance time he makes a sound like a blender, meaning he would like a smoothie. The rest of the day is filled with more dancing, lots of golf (he doesn't like to leave the house without his golf ball) reading books, building towers, playing with "choo-choos", play dates with friends, bubbles... he is an overall happy guy and just loves to be with people! He's also obsessed with mommy and daddy doing everything that he does (if he is eating strawberries, he will hand one to each of us and shake his head yes with a smile). He is loving this time with both mommy and daddy at home, and we hope he will continue with his happy spirit as we get ready to leave for our TWO MONTH ROAD TRIP next Thursday, June 19th!

Here's a glimpse of our adventures recently....
